A part of a final school project I did. My mission was to make portraits of characters (ended up taking only pictures of men with beard :o) Made the focus shallow, eyes in focus, to make the viewer look "my men" straight in the eyes :o) Wanted the pictures to look as taken with film as my intention was in the beginning to shoot this project on my old Hasselblad - changed my mind :o)

This is an ongoing project. I am making a book that I aim to publish in the fall of 2012. I am going "around" Iceland looking up people that are doing WHAT THEY DO of a passion - they are doing what they really love, as a way of living... well - it is really hard to explain in just few words BUT I am taking orders for the book ;o) (Which will contain stories of 30 people living in Iceland. Hard Cover book - around 100 pages, 29cm square - printed on beautiful mat quality paper)
